Renewal Performance Tracker

The Renewal Performance Tracker is able to analyze all the historical renewals. It calculates the yield and the resolution for each subscription for all products and customers. Once this has been completed, analysis can be performed to understand the sources of revenue growth and churn in order to predict revenue opportunities of up-coming renewals.

Demand Map

Using the prediction factors, the Demand Map categorizes each subscription as to its revenue opportunity. Each of these predicted renewal opportunities are pushed out by Scout Link into either marketing automation, billing automation, or salesforce automation systems to act on the prediction.

Analyze and Resolution

Yield Optimizer’s Analysis tool provides a rich set metrics to identify prediction rules for opportunities based on segmentation by product, customer demographic, channel, and support. To close the loop between prediction and resolution, the Analyze tool can examine the correlations.

Quickly track and compute customer usage with an expanded range of segmentation so you can monitor and predict churn, up-sells, cross- sells, and convert trials, allowing your sales, marketing, and support team to prioritize and optimize revenue opportunities based on actionable data.

Report Writer

Scout's Report Writer allows you to quickly create, store, retrieve, and modify shared reports across multiple teams and departments. With Scout Report Writer, you can easily define columns, visualization, filter, and categorization of reports.

Filter Editor
