Incisive Media Taps Big Data to Build Long-Term Relationships
Scout® Yield Optimizer Selected to Enable Data-driven Sales and Support

Incisive was seeking a method to harness big data and segment its audience to rank each customer's satisfaction based on price versus usage. With this new insight, their goal was to improve customer satisfaction by better helping each customer utilize the full value of their service.
